We are an independent specialist finance company. We offer specialized lending products to corporate clients and investment management services to institutional clients. We were founded in 2009 by a team of experienced banking professionals with backing from TowerBrook Capital Partners. We are based in London and Luxembourg.
We operate through two highly integrated business units (Direct Lending and Capital Markets) which share a common investment research and risk management platform.
Direct Lending
Our Direct Lending business offers private debt solutions to middle market companies in Western Europe. Our product suite includes secured term loans, amortising loans, mezzanine loans, unitranche loans, revolving credit facilities, acquisition facilities and capital expenditure facilities. We target companies with enterprise values of between €100 million and €500 million. We are a patient, long-term lender focused on partnering with management teams to grow their business. The permanent nature of our capital base gives us the ability to structure highly bespoke facilities.
Capital Markets
Our Capital Markets business invests in a wide range of credit products on behalf of our firm and on behalf of institutional investors for whom we provide investment management services. This business is focused on private debt products (bank loans, mezzanine facilities, trade claims) but also actively trades and invests in more liquid fixed income products (high yield bonds, investment grade bonds). We are a patient, long-term oriented investor in these markets. We drive value through careful credit selection and thoughtful portfolio management.
Investment Management
Our investment Management business offers tailored investment management services to institutional clients. We offer a variety of structured funds and separately managed accounts that co-invest alongside our own capital.
