Rhita joined Hayfin in 2022 and is the Head of Asset Financing and Managing Director, focusing on the origination, structuring and management of efficient leverage products across all Hayfin funds.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Rhita worked in the Solutions Sales team at MUFG, offering leverage solutions to European asset managers; at Citigroup holding various structuring roles within European Fixed Income, notably in the fund financing space and at Société Générale in Debt Capital Markets. Rhita graduated from ESCP-EAP Paris with a Masters in Finance.
