Erica joined Hayfin in 2019 and is a Senior Manager in the Legal Execution team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Erica was a Senior Associate in the Acquisition Finance team of Hogan Lovells, acting for lenders on a variety of leveraged senior and unitranche transactions. Erica graduated with a BA (Hons) from Oxford University and is an English-qualified solicitor.
