Raj joined Hayfin in May 2025 as Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Raj was the COO of EMEA and APAC at MarketAxess between 2021 and 2025 and previously was a Managing Director at UBS where he operated in a number of senior roles including spending 4 years as the Global COO of FX, Rates and Credit. Raj graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bsc in Economics.
