Marco joined Hayfin in 2025 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Marco was a Managing Director in Nordea’s Leveraged Finance team in Stockholm, focusing on the origination and execution of leveraged loan and high yield financings in the Nordic region. Before this, Marco worked in investment banking at Ermgassen & Co in London. Marco graduated from the London School of Economics with a Master of Science in International Management (CEMS) and from the University of Genoa with a BSc in Economics and Commerce (cum laude).
