Timothy Fennelly joined Hayfin in 2025 and is a Director in the Maritime Team with a focus on product strategy.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Timothy worked at InfraRed Capital Partners where he led the Investor Relations team focusing on client engagement and structuring for their private markets’ products. Before this, Timothy worked at PwC for 11 years in the Deals team where he provided structuring and due diligence advice to private market clients. Timothy graduated from Monash University with a bachelor’s degree in business and commerce, where he specialised in Accounting, Banking and Finance. Timothy is a Chartered Accountant.
