Hayfin, through its Direct Lending strategy, has financed Bridgepoint’s acquisition of a majority stake in Batisanté from IK Partners.

Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Paris, Batisanté is one of the leading providers of building safety and compliance services in France. Through a network of more than 1,000 technicians, the group provides building fire protection, hygiene, inspection and maintenance services to residential property managers, commercial property owners and public sector clients. Batisanté serves 20,000 clients and protects over 200,000 buildings, carrying out approximately  500,000 interventions annually.

Since IK’s investment in 2022, Batisanté has completed 14 acquisitions, strengthening its presence in France and establishing itself in the Benelux. With Bridgepoint’s support, the group will focus on accelerating its growth in France and expanding into selected European markets, notably by broadening its service offering and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
