Tomohiro joined Hayfin in 2023 and is a Managing Director and Head of Japan within the Partner Solutions Team, focusing on business development in Japan.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Tomohiro spent 16 years at Credit Suisse in Japan as the Head of Asset Management Distribution and Head of Asset Management Products. Before this, Tomohiro worked for Atlas Capital as one of the founding members of its Tokyo office and in their London office within Client Service and Product Development following time at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi. Tomohiro graduated from Keio University with a Bachelor of Laws.

Veronica joined Hayfin in 2020 and is a Director in the Private Equity Solutions Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Veronica was an Associate in the investment banking team at Moelis & Company, focusing on M&A across EMEA. Before this, Veronica worked at the independent financial advisory firm Ondra Partners in London. Veronica graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Double Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, and from Bocconi University with a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.

Vikas joined Hayfin in 2018 and is a Senior Manager in the Legal Execution Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Vikas spent seven years in the banking and finance division of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Vikas graduated from the London School of Economics with an LLB in Laws and a Masters degree in Corporate and Securities Law.

Vladimir joined Hayfin in 2018 and is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Solutions Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Vladimir was a Vice President in the European Private Equity team at Pantheon Ventures, focusing on origination, execution, and monitoring of secondary and direct co-investment transactions across Europe. Before this, Vladimir worked at Rothschild in the M&A advisory team in London and in the European Investment Fund at McKinsey & Company. Vladimir graduated from ESCP Europe with a Master’s degree in European Business.

Xunhua joined Hayfin in 2013 and is a Managing Director and Trader within the Private Credit team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, she was a trader and Vice President of Canyon Capital Advisors (Europe) Ltd. based in London. Before joining Canyon, Xunhua worked at Amaranth Advisors LLC for four years in both the United States and United Kingdom. She graduated from Harvard College with an AB in Economics.
