Erica joined Hayfin in 2019 and is a Senior Manager in the Legal Execution Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Erica was a Senior Associate in the Acquisition Finance team of Hogan Lovells, acting for lenders on a variety of leveraged senior and unitranche transactions. Erica graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Literae Humaniores and is an English-qualified solicitor.
Fabrice joined Hayfin in 2012 and is a Senior Advisor, focusing primarily on the origination of French investment opportunities, previously serving as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Private Credit leading the Paris office.
Before joining Hayfin, Fabrice was a partner at Tikehau IM in Paris, in charge of the firm’s private debt business. Before this, Fabrice was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, with responsibility for Corporate and Leveraged Finance in France and was a senior member of the EMEA restructuring advisory team. Fabrice also worked at RBS and Morgan Stanley. Fabrice graduated from HEC
School of Management in Paris with an MSc in Finance and from Paris-Sorbonne University with a BA in History.
Georgia joined Hayfin in 2019 and is a Director in the Maritime Team.
Prior to this, Georgia was at Breakwater Capital which began an exclusive partnership with Hayfin in 2014. Before this Georgia was an Auditor in PwC’s Transportation & Logistics team and Moore Stephens Shipping team. Before this, Georgia worked as an Accountant in the shipping firms, Starmarine Management and Pitiousa Shipping. Georgia is a Certified Chartered Accountant and graduated from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) with a Master of Science in Shipping, Trade and Finance and Athens University of Economics & Business with a Bachelor in Marketing & Communications.
Gina joined Hayfin in 2015 and is the Global Chair of High Yield and Syndicated Loans.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Gina was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Goldbridge Capital Partners responsible for all investment activities. Before this, Gina spent nine years at BlueBay Asset Management and founded and co-headed the European High Yield, Loans and Distressed business. Gina also founded Lazard’s European High Yield fund in 1998, which was one of the first funds to focus solely on the asset class. Gina graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Communication Studies, from Boston University with a BA in History, and from the University of Lund, Sweden with a Master’s in History.
Gonzalo joined Hayfin in 2019 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Equity Solutions Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Gonzalo was Managing Principal at Allstate Investments, heading the firm’s London office and their Private Equity investments in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Before this, Gonzalo was part of the Private Equity investment team at the sovereign wealth fund GIC and the investment banking team at Deutsche Bank in London. Gonzalo graduated from ESADE Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration.
Graham joined Hayfin in 2025 and is a Managing Director in the Partner Solutions Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Graham worked in Capital Formation at CBC Group, Portfolio Advisors, and Lunia Capital. Before this, Graham worked as an allocator at Crestline Investors and the Texas Permanent School Fund. Graham is a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst and graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Gregg joined Hayfin in 2025 and is a Managing Director, CLO Structuring and Capital Markets, in the High Yield and Syndicated Loans team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Gregg most recently worked at Pemberton Asset Management and prior to this worked in a range of structured credit and securitisation roles at investment banks (J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Citi and NatWest Markets/RBS). Gregg graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with First Class Honours in Economics.
Guy joined Hayfin in 2012 and is the firm’s Chief Lending Officer, serving as Chairperson and member of a number of investment, portfolio and corporate committees.
From 2014 to 2021 Guy was Chief Risk Officer and from 2021 to 2023 he was Chief Credit Officer with responsibility for investment committees across Hayfin’s credit strategies. Prior to joining Hayfin, Guy worked for Goldman Sachs, as Managing Director and Head of Industrials Finance in EMEA, for Deutsche Bank, as Managing Director in Leveraged Finance, and for Société Générale/Hambros. He was also an EU Specialist in the British Civil Service. Guy graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Natural Sciences/Philosophy and an MPhil in Philosophy.
Hardeep joined Hayfin in 2021 and is Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Information Security.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Hardeep built an advisory and consulting business specialising in Microsoft 365 and cloud services leading projects ranging from data centre migrations, information security, cloud transformation and adoption within Financial Services at firms such as Provident Financial Group, Flagstone Investment Management, and NewDay Cards Ltd. Before this, Hardeep was Technical Director at an IT managed service provider. Hardeep is a fully qualified IT Enterprise Architect & has multiple Microsoft certifications in the engineering, infrastructure and security space.
Howard joined Hayfin in 2011 and is a Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Healthcare Investing.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Howard spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director and served as a Co-Head of the European Healthcare Investment Banking team. Howard later assumed responsibility for healthcare investing for the bank’s Principal Strategies desk, and later the European Special Situations group. Before this, Howard was a corporate finance lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell. Howard graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude with a JD and summa cum laude with a BS in Psychobiology from The University of Southern California.
