Peter joined Hayfin in 2023 and is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the US High Yield & Syndicated Loans Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Peter was a Portfolio Manager and a Senior Trader at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) investing in syndicated loans and high-yield bonds through long-only and CLO formats. Before ICG, Peter worked at BMO Capital Markets as a Trader in the Leveraged Finance Distribution and Trading team. Peter graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Economics.

Raj joined Hayfin in May 2025 as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Raj was the COO of EMEA and APAC at MarketAxess between 2021 and 2025 and previously was a Managing Director at UBS where he operated in a number of senior roles including spending 4 years as the Global COO of FX, Rates and Credit. Raj graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bsc in Economics.

Rehan joined Hayfin in 2021 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team, responsible for origination and investment opportunities in the UK.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Rehan spent over 10 years at Goldman Sachs most recently working in the European Leveraged Finance team. Rehan graduated from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani with a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Reinhold joined Hayfin in 2017 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Reinhold spent four years at J.P. Morgan in London, most recently in the Acquisition & Leveraged Finance team, focusing on the origination and execution of financial sponsor and corporate loan and high-yield bond financing. Reinhold graduated from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland with a BA in Business Administration.

Rhita joined Hayfin in 2022 and is the Head of Financing Solutions and Managing Director, focusing on the origination, structuring and management of efficient leverage products across all Hayfin funds.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Rhita worked in the Solutions Sales team at MUFG, offering leverage solutions to European asset managers; at Citigroup holding various structuring roles within European Fixed Income, notably in the fund financing space and at Société Générale in Debt Capital Markets. Rhita graduated from ESCP-EAP Paris with a Masters in Finance.

Richard joined Hayfin in 2017 and is a Managing Director in the US High Yield and Syndicated Loans Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Richard was a Principal, co-CIO and Head Trader at Kingsland Capital Management. Before Kingsland, Richard was the Head Trader for par and distressed loans at Société Générale. Richard graduated from Hamilton College, New York, with a BA in History.

Risa joined Hayfin in 2021 and is the Global Co-Head, Client Coverage of the Partner Solutions Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Risa spent five years at Atalaya Capital Management within the Business Development and Investor Relations team covering the firm’s clients and investment consultants. Before this, Risa worked at Golub Capital within the Business Development and Investor Relations Team. Risa graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management.

Rob joined Hayfin in 2017 and is a Managing Director in the Partner Solutions Team with a focus on North American clients.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Rob spent four years at Fir Tree Partners within the Investor Relations team covering investment consultants. Before this, Rob worked at Mercer Investments and Evaluation Associates as an Investment Consultant. Rob graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Robert joined Hayfin in 2023 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Robert spent nine years at Goldman Sachs in the Leveraged Finance team in London and New York; focusing on the origination and execution of financial sponsors and corporate loans and high yield bond financing. Robert graduated from University College London with a BSc in Economics.

Roberto joined Hayfin in 2019 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team focusing on direct lending and special situations.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Roberto spent four years in the Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs, focusing on liquid and illiquid investment opportunities. Roberto graduated from Bocconi University with a BSc in Economics and Finance and an MSc in Finance.
