Ronnie joined Hayfin in 2024 and is Group Finance Director in the Corporate Finance Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Ronnie built a nine-year career at River and Mercantile Group, culminating in the role of CFO, with a focus on Corporate Finance and M&A. Before this, Ronnie worked at Marex Group plc in London and held various roles within the Corporate Finance team. Ronnie is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and graduated from Swansea University with a Bachelors degree in Economics.

Satya joined Hayfin in 2023 and is a Principal in the US High Yield and Syndicated Loans Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Satya worked at Lafayette Square and in a development role in the public sector. Before joining the public sector, Satya was a Vice President at Strategic Value Partners and also worked at GoldenTree Asset Management for five years. Satya began his career at Goldman Sachs. Satya graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Sebastiaan joined Hayfin in 2021 and is a Director in the Private Credit Team, responsible for origination and investment opportunities in the Benelux.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Sebastiaan spent four years at Barclays in the Leveraged Finance team, focusing on the origination and execution of financial sponsor and corporate loans, as well as high yield bond financings. Sebastiaan graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam’s School of Management with a Master in Finance and Investments.

Severin joined Hayfin in 2021 and is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Solutions Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Severin was a Director in the Private Assets team at Access Capital Partners, focusing on origination, execution, and monitoring of primary and secondary transactions across European buyout funds. Before this, Severin worked at Rothschild’s M&A advisory team in Paris, and at Goldman Sachs in London. Severin graduated from HEC with a Master’s degree in Finance and from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Stephen joined Hayfin in 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team.

Prior to this, Stephen completed internships at Hayfin and Goldman Sachs from 2010 to 2013. Stephen graduated from the University of Chicago with a BS in Mathematics with Specialization in Economics and a BA in Economics.

Stephen joined Hayfin in 2010 and is a Managing Director and the Head of Legal Execution and Restructuring covering the firm’s investments.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Stephen was an Executive Director in Nomura’s leveraged and acquisition finance division, managing transaction executions. Before joining Nomura, Stephen spent four years at Lehman Brothers in the leveraged and acquisition finance division, which followed two years as a banking and finance lawyer at Allen & Overy and four years as a corporate lawyer at Gadens Lawyers (Australia). Stephen graduated from the Australian National University with a BA Arts / BA Laws.

Stephen joined Hayfin in 2019 and is a Managing Director in the Maritime Team.

Prior to this, Stephen was at Breakwater Capital which began an exclusive partnership with Hayfin in 2014. At Breakwater Capital Stephen focused exclusively on growing and managing their maritime lending platform. Prior to joining Breakwater, Stephen was a Senior Vice President at BTMU Capital Corporation and a Federal Bank Regulator for the US Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Stephen graduated from Bryant College with a BSBA in Finance and from Babson College with an Master in Business Administration.

Steve joined Hayfin in 2023 and is the Global Co-Head, Client Coverage of the Partner Solutions Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Steve spent over 12 years at BlackRock most recently as a Managing Director on the Global Consultant Relations Team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investment consultants and institutional clients. Before this, Steve worked at Alliance Bernstein for four years in a similar role on the institutional business development team and as a credit manager at Wells Fargo Financial concentrated on relationship management and sales with a focus on asset-backed securities. Steve graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and is currently a CFA Charterholder.

Steven joined Hayfin in 2025 and is a Managing Director in the Partner Solutions team with a focus on Australian clients.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Steven worked in the investment consulting, superannuation, funds management and banking sectors. He spent over 20 years with Australia’s largest investment consultant, JANA Investment Advisers, including nine years as Chief Investment Officer. Steven holds a Masters Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics from The University of Melbourne.

Stuart joined Hayfin in 2020 and is a Director in the Private Credit Team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, Stuart was an Analyst at M&G Investments, working within the Alternative Credit Business. Stuart graduated from The University of Glasgow with a BSc in Chemistry.
