David joined Hayfin in 2018 and is a Managing Director in the Human Resources team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, he spent two years at Coller Capital in the HR team, focusing on recruitment, training, strategy and talent. Prior to this, David spent four years at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as HR Business Partner to the Private Equity business. He graduated from University of Newcastle with a degree in Medical Microbiology.
