Kerry joined Hayfin in 2022 and is a Director in the Human Resources Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Kerry was Head of Talent & Development at Grosvenor Estate Management, responsible for leading the UK learning and talent management strategies. Kerry has over 20 years HR experience working in Real Estate, Financial Services, Retail, and Media. Kerry graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with an MBA in Human Resource Management.
