Lara joined Hayfin in 2023 and is the Group’s Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director, responsible for the global compliance function as well as holding the FCA Senior Manager Functions (SMF 16 Compliance & SMF 17 Money Laundering Reporting Officer).
Prior to joining Hayfin, Lara was the Global Head of Compliance at Park Square Capital and has over 10 years of experience in the investment management industry. Lara graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA (Hons) in History and holds a Diploma in Investment Compliance.
