Michael Marsh joined Hayfin in 2026 as Head of Investments. Prior to joining Hayfin, Mike spent almost 20 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Partner and Head of the Capital Solutions Group in EMEA, leading the debt and equity capital market and risk management businesses. At Goldman Sachs, Michael served on the Partnership Committee, Firmwide Capital Committee, Investment Banking Operating Committee and European Management Committee. He began his career at Barclays and holds a BSc (Hons) in Genetics from Newcastle University.
