Hayfin is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Ballard as Managing Director within its Partner Solutions Group. Based in Dallas, Graham will focus on coverage across North America, bringing his deep experience in capital formation and investor engagement across private markets.  

Graham joins Hayfin with nearly two decades of experience. Most recently, he served as Director of Investor Relations at CBC Group, where he led capital formation efforts across multiple US regions. His background also includes senior roles at Portfolio Advisors LLC and other leading firms. Graham began his career as an allocator at the Texas Permanent School Fund, where he helped implement a multi-billion-dollar alternatives programme.
