Hayfin was founded in 2009 from a desire and opportunity to build a differentiated investment firm in an emerging asset class to meet the funding needs of European companies.

Hayfin set out to build an institution that would endure with an approach that would differentiate us in the market. One of the first things we did as a team was to set out our culture and values.
