Andrew joined Hayfin in 2016 and is a Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Healthcare Investing.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Andrew spent five years in the healthcare leveraged finance group at Barclays, working on the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged debt financings. Andrew graduated from the University of Michigan’s, Ross School of Business with an MBA and from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Andy joined Hayfin in 2020 and is the Chief Technology Officer.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Andy was IT Director for the Consumer Credit Division of Provident Financial Group responsible for Technology and Business Transformation. Before this, Andy held several senior global technology roles with a focus on digital and data transformation for Dell Computer Corporation, Electronic Arts, Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment and Gilead Sciences as well as a Senior Consulting Manager at Deloitte leading technology transformation for a number of global clients. Andy graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BEng in Civil Engineering.
Antonio joined Hayfin in 2025 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team focused on real estate investments.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Antonio worked in Lapithus, the asset management team of Apollo, focusing on performing and non-performing loans as well as direct real estate investment across Europe. Before this, Antonio worked in PwC’s transaction services team in New York and Madrid advising on IPOs for alternative asset managers. Antonio graduated from Autónoma University of Madrid with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
Aubain joined Hayfin in 2021 and is a Director, Portfolio Risk.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Aubain worked for CQS as a Risk Manager. Aubain graduated from London Business School with a Masters in Finance and from Imperial College with an MSc in Optics and Photonics and an MSci in Physics.
Barrett joined Hayfin in 2016 and is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Barrett spent two years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance team within the Investment Banking Division, focusing on origination, underwriting and execution of leveraged finance transactions. Barrett graduated from Touro College of Medicine, New York, with a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and from Hampden-Sydney College, Virginia, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Boris joined Hayfin in 2024 and is a Director in the Private Credit team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, he worked in the Asset Management team within Bain Capital’s Special Situations business, focusing on investment management and portfolio analytics. Before this, Boris was part of PwC’s Transaction Services team in London. Boris is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Manchester, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Financial Management and Law from Kazan Federal University in Russia.
Brennan joined Hayfin in 2022 and is a Director in the Partner Solutions team, focusing on product strategy for Direct Lending and Private Equity Solutions. Brennan is also a member of Hayfin’s ESG Deal Committee.
Before joining Hayfin, Brennan worked in Moneda Asset Management, leading business development initiatives in fixed income and alternative investments. Brennan holds an MBA from London Business School, graduated from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez with a Master’s degree in Finance, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Camilla joined Hayfin in 2015 and is Head of MENA & Southern Europe in the Partner Solutions Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, she worked at 1OAK Capital within the sales and structuring team, covering European derivatives products. Before this, Camilla spent one year as part of the Investor Relations team at FiveSixty in Milan and as an Intern at Intesa San Paolo IBD in London. Camilla graduated from University of Cattolica with a BSc in International Relations and Law and from the University of Buckingham with an MSc in Management.
Carinne joined Hayfin in 2019 and is a Senior Independent Advisor to the Board and Chairperson of the firm’s Audit and Risk Committee and of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Carinne has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director across the financial industry, including the boards of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International, where she was Chair of the Risk Committee, and Liquidnet Europe as Chair of the Risk and Audit Committees. She is currently on the board of Royal Bank of Scotland International and a member of the Risk, Audit and Remuneration Committees. Carinne has 29 years’ experience across asset management, sales and trading, corporate governance and risk management, and spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs in London, where she was Managing Director and Head of EMEA Securities Division Compliance. She graduated with First Class Honours in English and French Law LLB from King’s College London and Maîtrise en Droit from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris and obtained her LPC with Distinction from the College of Law in London.
Carlos joined Hayfin in 2023 and is a Managing Director in the Private Credit Team focusing on real estate investments within the Special Opportunities strategy.
Prior to Hayfin, Carlos spent ten years at Apollo investing across the capital structure in asset-heavy investments. Before this, Carlos worked within Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing business. Carlos graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSc in Economics Finance Business and Public Policy and with a BA in International Studies French.
