Alex joined Hayfin in 2022 and is a Senior Deal Execution Manager in the Legal Execution Team.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Alex was a senior lawyer at Macfarlanes LLP and completed two secondments at Hayfin before joining permanently. Alex has over twelve years’ experience structuring and working on a wide range of finance and other investment transactions. Alex graduated from the University of Nottingham with a LLB (Hons) Law degree.
