Jason joined Hayfin in 2025 as Co-Portfolio Manager and Head of Research for the European High-Yield & Syndicated Loans (HYSL) strategy.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Jason spent over two years as a Portfolio Manager at Man Group following five years as Managing Director of Credit at Ares. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Director at Deutsche Bank for more than three years and various positions in High-Yield at Brookfield Investment Management after starting his finance career at Goldman Sachs in New York. Jason holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
