Madeline joined Hayfin as Head of ESG in 2025.
Prior to joining, Madeline worked in ESG & sustainability across private credit and fixed income markets. Most recently, Madeline was ESG Manager at AlbaCore Capital Group, and was responsible for ESG assessments during the underwriting process, as well as the completion of fund- and corporate-level sustainability reporting. Madeline has also achieved CFA’s Certificate in ESG Investing and Certificate in Climate and Investing, and graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Geography.
