Raj joined Hayfin in May 2025 and is the Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Hayfin, Raj was the COO for EMEA and APAC at MarketAxess. Before this, Raj was a Managing Director at UBS holding several senior roles, including spending four years as the Global COO of FX, Rates and Credit. Previous roles include technology and operational leadership roles at Barclays, Credit Suisse and Accenture. Raj has also served as a board member of the Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA). Raj graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics.
