We recruit the next generation of talent and provide them both practical experience and an unfiltered view of life inside a leading alternative asset management firm.

From onboarding, interns are encouraged to think like professionals.

Through mentorship, masterclasses, real-life case studies, exposure to live projects and in-person social networking opportunities; individuals complete their internship empowered with the skills to unlock the next stages of their careers with confidence.

If you are an intellectually-curious, emotionally-intelligent, self-starter you will thrive in our meritocratic culture where ideas are welcomed, stress-tested and appropriately rewarded.

Early Careers Partners

We have built an established partnership with the Alternative Investment Programme (AIP) of SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) as the main talent recruiter for the previous three years of our programme.

It has been great to work with a charity whose ethos and approach aligns with ours, namely, providing access to underrepresented and underserved students. We look forward to continuing this partnership and finding more top talent.

GAIN (Girls Are INvestors) is a charity set up to improve gender diversity in investment management by building a talent pipeline of entry-level female candidates.

Their focus is to better prepare women for investment firms through early engagement with sixth form and university students. We are excited to partner with an organisation that will help us improve female representation across our firm, one of our key diversity metrics.

We are thrilled to have St Anne’s College as one of our key partners in identifying exceptional candidates for the upcoming summer internship programme.

St Anne’s College is home to nearly 800 students, making it one of the largest colleges at Oxford University and a top choice for intellectually curious and ambitious learners. With social mobility at its core, the college welcomes 75% of its intake from state schools and has a proven track record of widening access for students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue careers in a range of industries. Through strategic partnerships with well-aligned companies, St Anne’s provides its students with internships, scholarships, and valuable experiential opportunities.
